Yes. You can add a personalized gift message card to your order for $3. Your message can be up to 200 characters, including spaces, and the sender's name can be up to 50 characters.

No. We do not include prices or invoices inside our packages, making them suitable for gifting.

We currently ship exclusively within California to residential and business street addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Standard shipping is $9.95 for orders under $96. Orders of $96 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping. The threshold is calculated per delivery address, after discounts and before taxes. Gift message card fees count toward the threshold.

We ship twice weekly, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Orders placed Thursday through Saturday (by 11:59 p.m. PT) ship the following Wednesday. Orders placed Sunday through Wednesday (by 11:59 p.m. PT) ship the following Saturday. Orders affected by holidays will ship on the next available shipping day.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. The shipping date refers to the date your order leaves our facility, not the delivery date.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Each Baumkuchen is freshly made within 24 hours before shipment. Unopened products are best enjoyed within 10 days from the shipping date, including transit time. Once opened, we recommend enjoying your Baumkuchen within 2 days.

Store your Baumkuchen at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Refrigeration is not required.

Cancellation or change requests must be received by 5:00 p.m. PT on Tuesday for Wednesday shipments, or by 5:00 p.m. PT on Friday for Saturday shipments.

Once preparation has begun or the deadline has passed, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for changes of mind.
