Shipping Area
We currently ship exclusively within California to residential and business street addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping is $9.95 for orders under $96.
- Complimentary standard shipping is available for orders of $96 or more.
The free shipping threshold is calculated per delivery address, after discounts and before taxes. Gift message card fees count toward the threshold.
Shipping Schedule
We ship twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- Orders placed Thursday through Saturday (by 11:59 p.m. PT) ship the following Wednesday.
- Orders placed Sunday through Wednesday (by 11:59 p.m. PT) ship the following Saturday.
Orders affected by holidays will ship on the next available shipping day.
Delivery Information
The shipping date is the date your order leaves our facility, not the delivery date. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Freshness & Packaging
Each Baumkuchen is freshly made within 24 hours before shipment. Unopened products are best enjoyed within 10 days from the shipping date, including transit time.
Please receive your package promptly and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
Special Orders
Half and Big Baumkuchen are available by reservation only and are excluded from our standard shipping rates and complimentary shipping offer.
For reservations, corporate gifts, bulk orders, or deliveries to multiple addresses, please contact us in advance.
