Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at thebaumirvine@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be received by the following deadlines:

• Wednesday shipments: Tuesday by 5:00 p.m. PT.
• Saturday shipments: Friday by 5:00 p.m. PT.

Once preparation has begun or the cancellation deadline has passed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes to your order.

Special Orders

Half and Big Baumkuchen are available by reservation only. Cancellation terms and deadlines will be provided individually when your reservation is confirmed.
